We had a pleasant time. The updated rooms were nice, and the breakfasts were incredibly nice. The location was wonderful, around a 10-15 minute walk from a Romanesque cathedral. The great onsite restaurant had a lot of food.

The staff here were very professional and extremely helpful, I loved the king room with incredible views, balcony, and two separate single beds.

Pretty standard place with useful facilities. Really helpful and responsive staff, fast check in. Fab and brilliant meals. Incredible base for exploring Mainz.

its location relatively near natural history museum mainz was top and decent. a market and a convenience shop were right next door. there was a terrific restaurant for breakfast in the hotel.

Nice bed, big size bathroom and television with satellite channels, central heating and a seating area in the room. Good choice of GREAT food at breakfast time.

We stayed in a spacious, newly decorated room with a comfortable double bed and had a wonderful time.

The restaurant was fantastic with panoramic view here, I had excellent dishes. The bed was comfortable, and I had large bathroom. The top and decent location was just close to a Protestant church;))

location: the hotel was so close to gutenberg museum and museums and the city center and the river rhine. plus it was max 15 mins walk to the lake.

Fast check-in, parking nearby. Nice building and rooms with a view over the rhein. Excellent food choices for breakfast. Awesome location in pretty comfortable area, right by the Rhine river.

The location of Mainzer Hof was great for us - we could easily walk to museums, the river, and the underground parking. It was conveniently close to Mainz Cathedral and the central train station. we had a comfortable experience.

Lovely looking and newly renovated unit with a view over the rhein. Favourable, wonderful location in front of riverside. So close to Easy to go places by foot, and museums.

This hotel in central Mainz turned out to be a great find! the prices were excellent for what you get - a room with a nice view of the Rhein! Secondly, the location by the river was lovely, with the bonus of a nearby Greek restaurant. Lastly, the basic amenities in the room were more than satisfactory, with two separate single beds and a balcony to enjoy the scenery. Oh, and let's not forget the breakfast with wonderful views of the city - a perfect way to start the day!

All was well, no improvements needed!

Breakfast was very nice and rich, room size was good - there was enough space for 3 people in the triple bed room.

I was very disappointed that the Internet connection is paid - T-mobile asks for 8 eur per hour which is too much. a free wi-fi should be available in all good hotels.

Reasonable location and we needed a car park space as this was an overnight stay whilst travelling on to Italy.good value ofr money and good breakfast.
